1.   Factory Administrative Manager

Description

The responsibilities for this position involve: –

  • Develop strategies to effectively run all daily operational activities and general company administration
  • Ensures the factories are adequately equipped with adequate resources in a cost-effective manner
  • Manages all data entry and analysis records for the company’s sales, productions, assets etc
  • Prepares budgets and monitors all equipment’ costs and expenses
  • Ensure the judicious utilization of the company’s assets
  • Ensure maximum adherence of factory workers to the company’s polices and regulations
  • Manages on-site daily task schedules and deadlines

2.   Warehouse Manager

Description

The responsibilities for this position involve: –

  • Supervise the scheduling, processes and packages for equipment deliveries and pick-ups
  • Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw materials and finished products inventories.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as required.
  • Ensure the proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process and month-end closing
  • Ensures all workers’ adherence to the company’s policies and procedure, good manufacturing practices and safety standards
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure their equipment are delivered in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management or any related discipline

Description

The responsibilities for this position involve: –

  • Planning and monitoring work within the workshop
  • Managing stock levels (e.g. materials, fixings and tools)
  • Submit/ present report on workloads, participating in project reviews and giving advice to project managers and team leaders
  • General administration for personnel and record keeping for materials
  • Ensure that the equipment is maintained in a safe and reliable working condition in accordance with planned preventive maintenance program and to identify and rectify repetitive problems.
  • Review new equipment for suitability and make recommendations, based on cost, availability, and needs of business operations.

  • Manage security for the facility, the vehicles, cash, customer information and employee records.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders pertaining to, machine performance, product, workmanship, and warranty
  • Ensuring safe conduct of all work undertaken by the workforce under their control and fully understanding safety requirements and standards
  • Supervising and mentoring work teams to ensure that all work is completed safely, on schedule, to the required quality and specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any related discipline

Description

The responsibilities for this position involve: –

  • Develop and implement best practice production strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance
  • Knowledge of any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact
  • Ensures the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis
  • Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers to ensure production targets are met
  • Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by appropriate data analysis

Description

The responsibilities for this position involve: –

  • Through research and follow up, ensures that reconciling items and discrepancies in accounting data are resolved in a timely manner
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
  • Implementation and documentation of accounting systems and related interfaces
  • Recommends and implements system modifications to improve internal control, increase efficiency or reduce costs
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, procedures and accounting assumptions on an ongoing basis
